Urb.a.m. - Urban planning, Architecture and Management - as a Company was born in 2003 to develop, coordinate and manage the different components in territorial transformation and the dynamic processes in territorial development, from feasibility studies to assistance in realisation.

The growing complexity of territorial development, territorial marketing and of the real-estate market requires a multidisciplinary approach to coordinate and blend the appropriate knowledge concerning each local situation, the diverse professionals, an increasing demand in quality and the need for valorisation of investments.

Construction development is a complex, organic process, involving a contribution from several actors, such as Architects, Urban planners, Engineers, Researchers in Environmental and Sustainable Development, Construction managers, Lawyers, Historians, Sociologists and Investors.

Within such setting, several fundamental factors lead to a correct approach to construction development: Experience, Realism, Flexibility, Creativity and Responsibility.

Urb.a.m. is an integrated system of different abilities and different professionals specialising in construction development, urban planning, architecture, engineering, transportation, sustainable development, capable of providing legal and administrative assistance, as well as elaborating data for a correct analysis of the real-estate market.

Urb.a.m. is the point of coordination and synthesis of operational experiences. We offer to our customers services in construction development and project management, an advisory service, and assistance tailored to their real, specific needs.
